Dani Golan oversees strategy, go-to-market and overall company operations. Previously, Dani served as President and General Manager of Performix Technologies, acquired by NICE Systems in 2006. Prior to Performix, Dani was an executive responsible for leading new ventures at EMC. Dani holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Prior to his professional career, Dani served as a fighter pilot and an officer in the Israeli Air Force.
Ayelet has over 20 years experience working with technology CEOs and management teams leading a variety of HR and business-related processes. She brings significant experience building high performance teams, leading organizational development processes, and establishing team building and change management. Prior to Silk, she has worked with high performance organizations including Lumenis, Camtek, and NICE systems. Ayelet has a Bachelors and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University.
Adik is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience successfully managing multiple software development teams at various companies like AGT, IBM, Neustar, and Amdocs. Prior to Silk, Adik excelled as VP of Research and Development at AGT, overseeing global R&D teams to produce cutting-edge products in the fields of critical infrastructure security, emergency management, and law enforcement. Adik's academic achievements include a BA in information systems and business management, which he earned from the Interdisciplinary University with highest honors (summa cum laude).
Arik has more than 20 years of experience as CFO in several private and public companies and industries. He spent 8 years as CFO at Illusive Network until its acquisition by Proofpoint (a leading Cybersecurity company). Arik has extensive know-how in various business areas including business strategy and sales plan design, strategic partnerships, fundraising and financing, acquisitions, and venture capital.
With decades of global marketing experience, Tom helps power Silk’s growth by driving brand awareness and demand generation. Prior to Silk, he served as CMO at numerous Boston-based startups including: Turbonomic, Bit9, Bradford Networks, and Relicore. He began his career as an IT architect with GTE Government Systems where he spent 10+ years designing and maintaining datacenters.
Chris leads the Business Development, Alliances, Channels and Corporate Development functions at Silk, regularly interacting with senior executives at the world’s leading technology firms. Prior to founding Silk's European team, Chris worked for companies including Oracle Corporation and CGI, where he helped build some of the world's largest enterprise applications and databases. Based in London, England, Chris holds an Engineering degree with honours from the University of Surrey.
Chris has an impressive sales background building teams, driving growth, and exceeding revenue targets. Prior to joining Silk, he was the Head of Sales at data lineage leader, Manta. Prior to Manta, he was a Regional Sales Director at Cloudera and VP of Worldwide Sales at Cazena (acquired by Cloudera). Chris also held leadership positions at Chef Software, an early pioneer of the DevOps movement, and other companies such as MuleSoft, Birst, and SAP. Chris brings to Silk his domain expertise, commitment to sales methodologies, and previous startup success.
Kevin has been helping businesses architect, implement and support mission critical workloads for 20 years in the Cloud Hosting, Database, and Application Services space. As VP, Solution Architecture, he oversees the Solution Architect team, defines and enables technical sales strategy, and fosters customer relationships as a trusted advisor. Prior to joining Silk, Kevin worked at Rackspace Technologies and held roles at managed services and consulting organizations. He has a degree in Business from Babson College.
Tom has more than 20 years of experience, in data virtualisation for applications and databases. Before joining Silk to lead technical teams, Tom worked for enterprises like EMC and Oracle Corporation and start-ups like Violin Memory and Pillar Data. He has been instrumental in many global deployments of high-performance data platforms, working throughout Europe and Asia working with customers in both emerging markets and established territories. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Management from the University of London.
Liran Gabay is responsible for global support and customer experience at Silk. Liran brings 15 years experience in technology leadership and customer support operations to the team. Prior to Silk, Liran held senior customer support positions at NetApp where he led a multicultural\multilingual technical support team charged with support and customer experience across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to NetApp, Liran was a datacenter technologist and storage technology specialist with the Israeli military.
Guy has worked for over 20 years in the hardware and enterprise software industry, with a mix of system engineering, project management and product management roles. He has previously worked for organizations including IDF, NICE System and AGT. Guy joined Silk in 2015, and has helped successful implement the scrum methodology and has taken on a significant role in initiating and designing the Silk cloud offering, roadmap and products. Guy holds a BSc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from BGU, Israel.
Eran has over 25 years of experience in R&D management and senior architecture roles in the fields of storage and networking. He has been with Silk for over 12 years and is an expert in everything Silk-related, playing a major role in designing and building Silk’s cloud solutions. Prior to joining Silk, Eran worked for MRV, Go-Networks, and Voltaire (bought by Mellanox). He holds a BSc and MSc in Computer Science from the Technion Institute of Technology (summa cum laude).
