Dani Golan oversees strategy, go-to-market and overall company operations. Previously, Dani served as President and General Manager of Performix Technologies, acquired by NICE Systems in 2006. Prior to Performix, Dani was an executive responsible for leading new ventures at EMC. Dani holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Prior to his professional career, Dani served as a fighter pilot and an officer in the Israeli Air Force.

Ed is President at Silk, where he leads go-to-market strategy, customer success, and global growth. He brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and data management. Before joining Silk, Ed held executive roles at Vertica, CarbonBlack and CloudHealth Technologies, where he scaled operations through rapid growth and successful acquisitions by HP and VMware respectively. His deep expertise in revenue execution and cloud platforms positions him to drive Silk’s next phase of expansion. Ed holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University.

Arik has more than 20 years of experience as CFO in several private and public companies and industries. He spent 8 years as CFO at Illusive Network until its acquisition by Proofpoint (a leading Cybersecurity company). Arik has extensive know-how in various business areas including business strategy and sales plan design, strategic partnerships, fundraising and financing, acquisitions, and venture capital.

Shira leads Silk’s global HR function, focusing on building a resilient and collaborative culture, driving talent development, and enabling business success through strategic HR practices. With over a decade of experience, she was previously HR Manager at Lumenis, where she partnered closely with leaders across functions. Shira holds an MA in Organizational Psychology and an MBA, both from Haifa University. Earlier in her career, she worked as an organizational consultant, supporting organizations in diverse sectors to navigate change, improve performance, and build high-impact teams.

Adik is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience successfully managing multiple software development teams at various companies like AGT, IBM, Neustar, and Amdocs. Prior to Silk, Adik excelled as VP of Research and Development at AGT, overseeing global R&D teams to produce cutting-edge products in the fields of critical infrastructure security, emergency management, and law enforcement. Adik's academic achievements include a BA in information systems and business management, which he earned from the Interdisciplinary University with highest honors (summa cum laude).

Aaron Shoffa is Chief Business Development Officer at Silk, where he leads hyperscaler partnerships, builds the company’s ecosystem across Neo, Inference, Sovereign Clouds, and various AI tech partnerships. Focus is to drive new revenue through OEM and alliance related programs. He previously served as Chief Channel Officer at SingleStore and held senior leadership roles at Conga and TIBCO, focusing on global partnerships and OEM growth. Aaron has a long track record of scaling partnerships and driving revenue growth across the pertinent channels.

Tom has more than 20 years of experience, in data virtualisation for applications and databases. Before joining Silk to lead technical teams, Tom worked for enterprises like EMC and Oracle Corporation and start-ups like Violin Memory and Pillar Data. He has been instrumental in many global deployments of high-performance data platforms, working throughout Europe and Asia working with customers in both emerging markets and established territories. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Management from the University of London.

Jim McInerny is Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Silk, where he leads global sales strategy and execution to accelerate customer acquisition and growth. A seasoned enterprise technology leader, Jim brings decades of experience driving hypergrowth at companies such as EMC, BitSight, Turbonomic and, most recently, Blink. He earned his MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
