Silk Joins AWS ISV Accelerate Program, Expanding Access to High-Performance Cloud Storage for Enterprise Applications and AI Workloads

BOSTON, MA — June 16, 2026 — Silk (silk.us), the software-defined storage platform purpose-built for the cloud, today announced its acceptance into the AWS ISV Accelerate Program. This is a co-sell program that enables Silk to partner directly with Amazon Web Services (AWS) sales teams to accelerate enterprise deal cycles and deliver greater value to shared customers. Silk helps AWS customers get more performance and efficiency from the cloud by decoupling storage performance from capacity, enabling enterprises to right-size infrastructure for mission-critical databases and applications, as well as AI and analytics workloads – giving inference live production data for context without putting production services at risk – all without rewriting applications or retraining teams.

What This Means for AWS Customers

Enterprises migrating, modernizing, or scaling database workloads on AWS have a more streamlined path to maximize the performance and economics of their cloud investment. Silk’s software-defined storage layer sits between compute and cloud storage, helping customers extract more value from AWS while meeting the performance demands of production applications. Through the AWS ISV Accelerate Program, AWS customers can benefit from simplified procurement through AWS Marketplace Private Offers, joint support from AWS and Silk solution architects, proven cost reduction of up to 50% with 10x performance improvement, and migration support through the AWS ISV Workload Migration Program for eligible projects. For enterprises deploying AI, Silk feeds inference live production data for context without running that load against production services – removing the ETL pipelines and data duplication that normally separate AI from the current data it needs.

A Strategic Fit for the AWS Ecosystem

Silk’s architecture is purpose-built for the cloud. By presenting iSCSI block volumes to enterprise application engines while intelligently managing the underlying cloud storage tier, Silk enables AWS customers to achieve enterprise-grade performance for production database workloads without the cost or complexity of traditional storage infrastructure. As enterprises deploy AI that depends on current production data for context, demand has grown for storage that can serve that data to inference without compromising production – a requirement that reaches well beyond traditional database applications. Silk’s architecture addresses both, giving AWS customers a single storage platform that serves mission-critical databases and AI inference pipelines alike. The AWS ISV Accelerate designation validates Silk’s integration depth, co-sell readiness, and enterprise customer traction. Silk is listed on AWS Marketplace, enabling customers to transact directly against existing cloud commitments and consolidate vendor relationships through the AWS procurement framework.

“Joining the AWS ISV Accelerate Program is a significant milestone in Silk’s go-to-market strategy. Enterprise customers running I/O-intensive workloads on AWS – whether that’s production databases, AI inference, or both – are looking for ways to maximize performance and drive down cloud storage costs — and Silk delivers both. This program gives us a direct path to those customers through the AWS field sales team, and gives AWS customers a clear, validated option for taking their most demanding workloads to the next level.”
