Testing the Performance of Silk with the MS SQL Engineering Team
Working in partnership with the Microsoft SQL Engineering team, Silk used standardized performance tests to push the limits of the new generation of Azure VMs. These VMs are equipped with the latest compute hardware infrastructure and when connected to the Silk platform were able to demonstrate previously unseen levels of database performance. The Azure SQL on Silk configuration was also validated for full functionality with the SQL IaaS Agent extension. Download the paper to see the results!
